Theater Tram

A new and different concept of a theatre on wheels comes to life on the stage of our vintage tram. The first-ever production, designed to meet its audience with the history of Old Sofia, recreating real images and curious situations hidden in the streets and buildings along the routes of Tram Experiences. Through the art of theatre and our professional actors, the guests of Tram Theater not only learn key and interesting historical and cultural facts about the city but have the opportunity to experience them lively. The tour is in the Bulgarian language. Duration: approximately 40 minutes.

Route No 1

The starting point is Vazrazhdane square. The tram continues along Hristo Botev Blvd towards the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Forestry. On Hristo Botev Blvd and Alabin Street, it continues towards the Court of Justice. At Alabin street and Vitosha Blvd, it goes towards the Largo. After Central Sofia Market Hall continues on Knyaginya Maria Luiza Blvd, Lions Bridge and Central Railway Station. At Hristo Botev Blvd the tram goes back to Vazrazhdane Square.
